Special Needs Kids Hoping For Sponsors

Konotop, Ukraine - At Mercy Project we believe in mercy and justice for the poor and marginilized of this world. This month's newsletter is about a special place in Konotop, Ukraine called the Hearts Of Love Center. Founded by Lena Yuschenko, a single mother with a special needs child, her example of faith and determiniation is inspiring. Winter Team Brings Joy

PUSCHA VADITZA, UKRAINE – A Mercy Project International mission team from the UK, Canada and America served at a winter camp to help make it a special Christmas for 92 needy children during the frigid first week of January outside Kiev in Puscha Vaditza, Ukraine.

The team worked alongside a dedicated group of Ukrainian counsellors and provided a packed programme including games, sports, master classes, drama, themed parties, chapel times and Bible discussion groups.

Hope For The Handicapped

Konotop, Ukraine - A celebration is under way in this small town near the border with Russia. Lena Yuschenko, director and chief prayer warrior for the Konotop Hearts Of Love Centre, is grateful for the support and friendship of her friends at Mercy Project International. "In a recent Facebook message Lena wrote, "I want to thank all of our wonderful friends at Mercy Project and my dear friends in the U.K.!"
